Most of the resorts in Mooloolaba are about 25-30 years old, and they have had ALOT of use over that time. With the expectation that they will have alot more use to come.

New decor is great, and definately gives the rooms a lift, but....it still falls short when it is placed against grimy walls and dusty fans.

Mooloolaba is a very popular destination for families during the school holiday periods, which then, very quickly turns into the longer staying Victorians.

Keeping on top of the maintenance cleaning schedules is quite a big job, especially after all the families leave. The walls are marked, the kitchen cupboards have food stuck to them, and the toilets...well, they get that smell that takes that little bit of 'extra'. Its all a bit too much extra for the general cleaners.

Our staff work from a deep cleaning protocol that gives proven results, and we have recently developed a google doc. so that the managers, or even the owners can check in to see how the job is progressing.

We have enough available staff to provide a deep cleaning service within a B2B turnaround time, so there is no excuse. Alternatively, you can book us in advance for a more thourough job if the unit is blocked off the rental pool for a period of time. This is especially good when more, or all of your units can agree that it is time to dive into a Deep Clean.
