We have a variety of workshops available to choose from that will take your staff from Okay cleaners to good cleaners, productive cleaners, and excellent cleaners, and they are all tax deductable!

It is a sad fact that alot of cleaners believe they are doing a good job, but really they don't have much of an idea about what the key performance indicators (KPI) are. They were handed a broom at 8 and a toilet brush at 12. They understand how to use them therefore they know how to clean, but, do they know how to produce a saleable product?

 

Critizism is hard for anyone to take, but, when you think you don't have the support to improve your skill set, over time it becomes demoralizing. Every job becomes high risk for poor time management and missed opportunities. I can teach your staff how to make light work of an Okay clean, by showing them the right products to use for which situation. (Yes, they DO need this!) I can teach them how to work safe and improve their productivity, so that they CAN find the time to dust your fans and wipe over your kitchen cupboards, and much more! Everyone is surprised by what can be achieved within a realistic time frame and it is much more than the attention your rooms are currently receiving.

These workshops are directly linked to the improvement of your business, income and expenses. You will receive an itemised 'workshop brief' that you can provide the ATO to prove this as a claimable business expense.

These workshops must be booked in advance. Bookings will not be taken during the peak seasons. There is only one of me, for that reason, availablity is limited to 2 workshops a month. So please, call to express an interest and I will get back to you as quickly as possible with a time.
