• We rarely charge extra for dirty rooms (exceptions apply). 

• In the interest of reducing errors in invoicing I do not charge extra for Deluxe size rooms. 

• Chronically neglected rooms will be cleaned to the highest standard possible within the time frame applied to the pricing.

• Ideally, Deep cleaning should be looked into once a year, as this can then be maintained to a high degree, whilst giving you confidence in delivering a quality product.
